This Silly MSHA Part 46 New Miner Paperwork Mistake Can Cost You

And with MSHA a fine isn't just a fine. If you get too many fines in one year you can be put into the Patterns Of Violations (POV) protocol, greatly increasing the risk of significantly escalated fines.
