1. Product Delivery
Upon successful payment processing via Stripe, customers will receive immediate access to the on-demand training product through our website. Access details will be provided via email or within the user’s account dashboard.
Digital training materials (e.g., videos, PDFs, quizzes) will be available for streaming or download immediately after payment confirmation.
If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at sales@minesafetycenter.com.
2. Account Registration
Customers may be required to create an account on our website to access purchased training content. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital training products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases due to technical errors.
- Non-delivery of training content due to system failures.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Access Duration & Restrictions
Purchased training content is available for 12 months.
